Shipping times

Depending on what shipping method you choose, shipping times usually is as follows (parcel service might be a little faster):

Denmark       2-5 days
Europe           5-10 days
Worldwide    7-21 days

Please allow 10 working days packaging time. I try to do my very best to get your orders out as soon as you place them, because I know how much you long to get them, but I am only one person with a job on the side.

If you have not gotten an e-mail confirmation that your package has been sent after 10 working days, please write me an e-mail with your name and order number (info@foxypawspolish.com)

 

Tracking and insurance

If you choose economy letter service there is no tracking number or insurance for your order. We can’t locate your parcel and can’t be held responsible for anything lost in the mail, once it’s out of our hands.

We have, however, very good experience with letter service, so you should feel secure enough using the cheaper option with economy letter service.

If you wish to be on the safe side we encourage you to use parcel service where you will get a tracking number and insurance.

 

Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem!
As long as you haven’t used the product, you can return it to get a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Simply write me an e-mail within 14 days upon receiving the products to get instructions on how to return them at info@foxypawspolish.com

If you have come to regret your purchase you will be responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend that you use tracking to ensure it gets back to us. All shipping charges will apply on you.

If you have received a faulty product, we will ask you to take a picture of it to let us know what is wrong with it. Depending on the issue, you will get the choice of getting a replacement product or your money back.
