We ship all over the world.
Please note we ship from EUROPE.
Standard delivery times for Danish customers are 2-5 days, for Europe 1-3 weeks and for the rest of the world, inclusing USA, 2-4 weeks.
However your package may arrive earlier or later depending on various factors such as holidays, custom delays etc.
This does not include packaging time, which currently is up to 10 days.
Please wait at least one more week than specified above before contacting us about missing packages.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping time depends on your choice of shipping method.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and once a package leaves our shop, we can’t guarantee that it will arrive within the post office’s suggested timeline. Please note that Foxy Fingertips is not responsible for any additional customs fees that your country may charge.
Shipping prices are calculated by weight. To get an estimated shipping price before placing an order, please go to your basket and calculate an estimated price based on your location and the weight of your order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
The item needs to be unused and unopened. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we assess the product to have been opened.
When returning products, it’s your responsibility to make sure we get them.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it OR until you’ve received a shipping notice, whatever comes first.
If you wish to cancel an order later than stated above, we reserve the rights to charge you a handling fee.
You can also cancel an order by refusing to receive the package sent to you. You will then be refunded the full amount except shipping charges and a handling fee that we will have to pay for returned packages.
